Delete your account and data

What gets deleted

• Your parent account: name, email, mobile number, profile photo and password.
• Your children's details: names, dates of birth, gender and ID numbers.
• Admission applications, their status history, and messages with the admissions team.
• Your website form messages, trial-week bookings and enquiries.
• Login sessions and the IP records tied to your account.

What we must keep

Invoices and payment records only — Saudi tax and commercial regulations require us to retain these for a set period even after an account is closed.

These records are detached from your account and kept for accounting and legal purposes alone. They are never used to contact you or for marketing.

How long it takes

We email your registered address to verify your identity within a few working days of your request.

Once verified, deletion completes within 30 days at the latest, and we confirm it by email.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — applications and your children's records cannot be recovered afterwards.
